Artist Statement — "For me, nothing is inanimate. Everything – whether it's trees, appliances, or toys – can tell a story, brimming with personality waiting to be expressed. I aim to capture this interplay of emotions, from the playfulness of creatures to the mesmerizing wonders of childhood. Besides making art, my next favorite part is watching people's reactions. It's a joy to see everyone from stay out home moms to biker dudes brighten when they see my art. I've even broken into impromptu lessons at shows for curious kids, and am affectionately referred to as “The Duudle Lady” at shows."
