Refunds are available for items that haven't been opened and can be returned within a week of arrival at the intended address. Damaged items cannot be returned.

In the event an item is damaged, please contact us immediately. In the event a print or card is damaged, we can provide a free replacement only at the cost of shipping. If an ornament or other ceramic item is damaged, we will be unable to replace it.

We ship within the Continental US. We package our art thoroughly, and with as environmentally friendly materials as possible.

All prints can be shipped for a flat rate. Shipping prices vary for non-print items. We provide tracking numbers.
